All orders are processed within 2–3 working days after your order is placed.
During our monthly restock periods, please allow additional time due to high demand.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped.

2. Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at hello@kamilleherbals.com with clear photo evidence of the damage as soon as you receive the package.

We will offer either:
✔ A replacement item
✔ A full refund - depending on your preference

Please report damaged goods within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for compensation.

3. Hair Boost Concentrate – Money Back Guarantee

We stand behind our product and your results. We offer a 90-Day Money Back Guarantee for the Hair Boost Concentrate.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must use the product consistently for 90 days

  • You must take clear, dated weekly progress photos

  • You must apply the product as directed, daily.

If after 90 days of consistent use and proper documentation, you do not see any improvement, we will refund your purchase.

This guarantee applies to one Hair Boost Concentrate bottle per customer and is valid for first-time users only.

4. General Information

  • We do not offer returns or exchanges on used products unless they are covered by our money-back guarantee.

  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval.
